Just had my hair done with Ella, wow! Such an amazing experience, so attentive and the chairs where you wash your hair … just incredible. I felt so relaxed and loved my colour !! Can’t wait to come next time I’m in Brisbane !

Josie did an amazing job with my hair, as well as making sure I was looked after during the process. Can’t thank her enough for how good it looks. The team at Haven were inviting and welcoming also. Highly recommend! Loving my lighter blonde hair at the moment. Photo doesn’t do it justice.

Haven hair is truly an oasis for the hair experience! There is attention to detail for every aspect that a client experiences. The setting is beautifully designed with an atmosphere complimented by the music, light refreshments and a team of stylists to match. The spa room was a highlight which felt like I was transported to a retreat. You can feel that each member cares about each individuals experience as soon as you walk in. For every haircut I have had the team have listened to my needs and exceeded expectations for the end result. Thank you Haven Hair!

Been seeing Chloe at Haven for the last few years and have never had anyone do blonde (or my many variations of blonde) so well! It’s always done better than I envisioned and the Haven experience feels so luxurious. The whole team is amazing and I’d recommend them to anyone x

From the moment I walked in I felt so relaxed. The space is luxurious and smelt incredible! The staff were very welcoming. I felt so looked after start to finish and nothing felt rushed. My experience today went far beyond my expectations. I can’t wait to come back for another pamper sesh

I had the most magical experience! Jack was so in tune with my goals and really nailed the look! I genuinely have never had a better hair experience and it was from the moment I stepped through the front door! The team are all so lovely and welcoming. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!

Haven Hair is unlike any other salon. It’s a truly beautiful experience from the moment you walk in. From the warm welcome to the calm, stunning atmosphere, everything feels thoughtful, relaxing, and genuinely inviting. That same care and intention carries through to the stylists, and Mitch is no exception. He’s incredibly talented, with amazing attention to detail, and you can genuinely see how much he cares about his clients and loves what he does. From the moment I sat in his chair, I felt completely comfortable. He really listened to what I wanted and brought my vision to life exactly how I imagined. That level of care really shows in the results. My hair looks and feels the best it ever has, so healthy, fresh, and exactly what I hoped for. The best salon in the New Farm/Newstead area! Your entire appointment will be an experience. The ambiance of the salon is so soothing and the hair dressers are true professionals. I saw Mitch, who is not only incredibly charismatic and welcoming, but also a true artist. His attention to detail can really be seen in my result (which has literally blown me away). The colour he created for me is stunning and I’ve honestly never felt so blonde! An amazing experience from start to finish which I highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
